The award cited Stephen as an exceptional international leader that is taking the corporate housing product into new countries and cities – expanding the reach of the industry. Buying Business Travel Awards Best Serviced Apartments Provider - 2008 BridgeStreet UK	BridgeStreet Worldwide was awarded the prestigious Diamond Award for 2008 in the category of Best Serviced Apartment Company at the Buying Business Travel Awards shosted by Buying Business Travel magazine, the leading business travel magazine in the U.K. This was the first year the awards included the serviced apartments category, in recognition of the growing preference of this accommodation type as an alternative to conventional hotels for executives on more extended stays seeking high-quality accommodations and service standards.
Corporate Housing Providers Association Best Community and Philanthropic Program BridgeStreet Worldwide	BridgeStreet received the "Best Community and Philanthropic Program" award for its multi-faceted approach to charitable giving. The company organized activities from its annual 5K Run and Beach Olympics to benefit the American Cancer Society and the AdoptaPlatoon Soldier Support Effort to local programs supporting homeless shelters and literacy campaigns.
Corporate Housing Providers Association Volunteer of the Year 2007 Lori Conroy	Lori brought to BridgeStreet a keen sense of giving back - from this spirit she launched BridgeStreet's internal volunteer program. Researching organizations that are in need of volunteers and funding, Lori developed a relationship with Rebuilding Together, an organization focused on preserving and revitalizing houses and communities, assuring that low-income homeowners, from the elderly and disabled to families with children, live in warmth, safety, and independence. Lori orchestrates several events throughout the year where BridgeStreet and Licensed Global Partner associates volunteer time and participate in fund raising efforts for Rebuilding Together.

Corporate Housing Providers Association Provider Member of the Year - Individual 2006 Lee Curtis	As President of BridgeStreet Worldwide, Lee Curtis is the driving force behind the growth and innovation of our organization. With Lee's fortitude and vision, BridgeStreet continues to lead the charge for making corporate housing easy for guests and clients. Lee has been a vital member of the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) since 1998 providing leadership and insight while serving as a member of the board since 2003. In 2001-02, Lee served as a Member of the Industry Relationships committee. Mr. Curtis acted as the Board Liaison to the CHPA Conference committee in 2005, providing guidance on logistics, planning and curriculum.

With the launch and daily use of CRM technology, our sales teams now works collaboratively both with each other across markets and with our global partners. Additionally, the organization has been able to realize great efficiencies in account management, sales efforts, e-mail marketing, personnel management and revenue tracking. BridgeStreet is focused on leveraging technology to streamline our business and better serve our customers. We experienced what CRM did for the effectiveness of our sales department and set out to do the same in operations, accounting, guest services and throughout the organization.

As a result of that re-examination, the company embarked on a new mission to transform the corporate housing experience. BridgeStreet conceived and developed a series of innovative programs under an umbrella theme, "Corporate Housing Made Easy," that will streamline and simplify all aspects of the corporate housing stay, from initial quotation to post-visit billing. Chicagoland Apartment Association CAMME 2005 BridgeStreet Worldwide - Chicago Consecutive winner since 2001	Best Corporate Suite Program. Our Chicago office has received this prestigious award every year since we opened it in 2001. BridgeStreet also won for most creative print marketing in 2005 for our work on a simple, effective marketing piece.
