Checking In
Making a Reservation BridgeStreet offers a convenient key delivery system allowing flexibility in your arrival time. Once you arrive you’ll find our comprehensive Guest Service Directory with local area and apartment information. There will also be a Welcome Box filled with goodies to tide you over. You will also find an initial supply of paper products and soaps.

Shortly after you arrive, you will be called by our guest services team who will check on your needs; additionally you will be sent a Satisfaction Survey via email. This survey is used throughout our organization to ensure your satisfaction and improve our services for future guests.

During your stay
During your Stay Our associates will contact you periodically to make sure that your stay with us is a pleasant one. Feel free to contact your local BridgeStreet office with questions or requests. Additionally, our staff is on call 24/7 for emergency service.

Checking Out
Checking Out Moving out of your apartment is easy. First, dispose of perishable items, turn off the lights and place keys in a stamped and addressed envelope and drop in the check-out box. Our associates will be in contact with you a couple days before your departure to answer any question you may have.
